1. Is the car power connected?

If yes, the charger indicator will keep flashing blue. If not, please connect the car power before using the car charger.

2. Does it have a metal substance between the car mount and the device?

If yes, please take off the metal like a magnetic phone case or something else before you charge.

3. Is it a large cell phone?

If yes, please make sure you extend the bottom bracket before you charge.
